摘　　要：目的:系统整合新生儿重症监护室患儿父亲参与照护需求的质性研究结果,为制订患儿父亲参与式照护方案提供参考。方法:计算机检索中外各数据库关于新生儿重症监护室患儿父亲参与照护需求的质性研究,检索时间为建库至2023年1月,采用JBI循证卫生保健中心Meta整合中的汇集性整合法进行结果整合。结果:纳入15篇文献,提炼出58个研究结果,归纳为11个类别,汇总成4个整合结果:信息知识需求、父亲角色认同需求、心理情感需求和社会支持需求。结论:医护人员应重视新生儿重症监护室患儿父亲的特异性需求,制订新生儿重症监护室患儿父亲支持策略并构建父亲参与式照护方案,以提升父亲角色信心和照护能力。Objective:To systematically integrate the qualitative research on the father's care needs of infants in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit(NICU),so as to provide reference for the formulation of father participation care program.Methods:Qualitative studies on fathers'care needs of newborn in NICU were searched from various databases at home and abroad from the establishment of the database to January,2023,and the results were integrated by Meta-integration method of JBI evidence-based health care centers.Results:A total of 15 studies were included,and 58 research topics were extracted,which were summarized into 11 categories and grouped into 4 integrated findings:information knowledge needs,father's role identification needs,psychological and emotional needs,and social support needs.Conclusion:The specific needs of fathers with newborn in NICU deserve attention,and it is necessary to develop father support strategies and construct father participatory care program to improve the confidence and caring ability of fathers.
