摘 要:目的:将人工智能机器人应用到妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的居家自我管理中,旨在为妊娠期糖尿病孕妇提供良好的自我管理支持,以期提高其自我管理能力,保障母婴健康。方法:便利抽取2021年7月—2022年2月在门诊确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的80例孕妇作为研究对象,分为对照组与观察组各40例。两组均接受门诊医护人员的随访管理,观察组在对照组的基础上使用医院专利成果人工智能机器人进行居家自我管理,比较两组的干预效果。结果:观察组孕妇的空腹血糖、餐后两小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体质量增长达标率及自我管理能力高于对照组(P<0.05);在不良围产结局方面,观察组剖宫产、妊娠期高血压、大于胎龄儿及新生儿低血糖发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人工智能机器人的应用有助于提高妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的自我管理能力,有效控制血糖及体质量,改善母婴结局。Objective:The application of Artificial Intelligence(AI)robots to the home self-management of pregnancy with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus(GDM)aims to provide good self-management support for GDM pregnant women,improve their self-management capabilities,and ensure the health of mothers and infants.Methods:80 pregnant women diagnosed with GDM from July 2021 to February 2022 were enrolled in the study with 40 in the control group and 40 in the observation group.Both groups received follow-up management from the outpatient doctors and nurse,while the observation group also used the hospital patented AI robots for home self-management.Compare the intervention effects between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,Fasting Blood Glucose,2 hour Postprandial Blood Glucose,Hemoglobin A1c,weight control rate and self-control ability were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of adverse pregnancy outcomes,however,the incidence of cesarean section,gestational hypertension,Large for Gestational Age and neonatal hypoglycemia was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of AI robots helps to strengthen the self-management ability of GDM women,effectively control blood glucose and body quality to improve maternal and infant outcomes.
