摘　　要：针对男性癌症患者生育力保存决策现状及影响因素进行综述,旨在提高医护人员对男性癌症患者的生育力保存意识,为生育力保存决策支持提供参考措施,以减少男性癌症患者的决策冲突和后悔。This study summarized the current evidence on the characteristics and influential factors of fertility preservation decision-making in male patients with cancer.It was aimed to improve the awareness of medical staff on fertility preservation of male patients with cancer in clinical practice,therefore provide reference for supportive measures on fertility preservation decision-making,and prevent decision conflict and regret among patients.
