摘 要:目的研究不同加工方法对陇药黄芩饮片性状及指标性成分的影响。方法参照《中华人民共和国药典(一部)》2020年版对经红外辐射、晒干、阴干、60℃烘干处理的陇药黄芩进行切片,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对黄芩饮片中的黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素进行含量测定,并采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)”进行指纹图谱评价。结果建立了28批不同加工处理的黄芩饮片的指纹图谱,标定了26个共有峰,指认了4个色谱峰,结合聚类分析对指纹图谱数据进行分类,采用相对差距和法进行综合评价,确定最佳加工方法为黄芩鲜药材经105℃红外辐射10 min,切制1~2 mm薄片后阴干。4种指标性成分含量除黄芩苷无显著性差异外,其他3种成分含量及总量均高于传统加工。结论黄芩鲜药材经红外辐射后鲜切加工可代替传统加工方法,为黄芩趁鲜加工方法改进及质量标准提升提供试验依据。Objective To study the effects of different processing methods on the properties and indicator components of Longyao Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi slices.Methods According to the Pharmacopoeia of the China(Volume I)(2020),the Longyao Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi processed by infrared radiation,drying in the sun,drying in the shade,and drying at 60℃were sliced,then in which the content of baicalin,wogoninside,baicalein and wogonin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The fingerprint spectra of 28 batches of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi slices with different processing treatments were established,26 common peaks were calibrated,and 4 chromatographic peaks were identified.Cluster analysis was used to classify the fingerprint data,and the relative difference sum method was used for comprehensive evaluation.The optimal processing method was determined as fresh Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi being subjected to 105℃infrared radiation for 10 minutes,cut into 1-2 mm thin slices and dried in the shade.Except for baicalin,whose content showed no significant differences,the content and total amount of the other three components were higher than those of traditional processing.Conclusion Fresh cut processing of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi after infrared radiation can supersede traditional processing methods,providing experimental basis for improving the fresh processing method and quality standards of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
