中草药栽培与鉴定一流专业建设思路——以甘肃农业大学为例

摘　　要：立足“新农科”背景下农业院校人才培养特点,结合甘肃农业大学中草药栽培与鉴定专业人才培养过程中的经验与不足,从培养方案修订完善、培养模式探索改革、教学资源建设优化、教师队伍建设等方面展开论述,提出强调专业特色和区域特色、推进课程体系交叉融合、增强农医契合、强化实践能力培养、促进科研实践联合培养等专业改革方向和观点,为新农科背景下的一流专业建设和中药材高素质人才培养提供思路。Based on the characteristics of talent cultivation in agricultural colleges and universities under the background of“new agricultural sciences”,combined with the experience and deficiencies in the training process of Chinese herbal medicine cultivation and identification professionals in Gansu Agricultural University,this paper discusses the revision and improvement of training programs,exploration and reform of training modes,optimization of teaching resources construction,and construction of teaching staff,proposing to emphasize professional and regional characteristics,promote the cross integration of curriculum systems,enhance the integration of agriculture and medicine,strengthen the cultivation of practical abilities,promote the joint training of scientific research and practice,to provide ideas for the construction of a first-class major and the cultivation of high-quality talents in Chinese herbal medicine under the background of the“new agricultural science”.
