摘　　要：高压氨泵是某公司尿素生产装置重要的进口动设备。为了节约生产成本,决定将该泵机械密封进行国产化。在配件国产化过程中,该泵的机械密封运行不久即出现泄漏。机械密封的泄漏不但会给生产装置稳定运行带来隐患,而且也会污染环境,严重时甚至会造成人员伤亡事故的发生。为此,在一次检修中,对拆解的机械密封及现场情况进行详细分析,找出泄漏原因,并提出了相应处理措施。上述分析及处理措施可为有类似故障设备的处理提供参考。High pressure ammonia pump is an important imported rotating equipment for urea production unit of one company.In order to save production cost,it was decided to have the mechanical seal of the pump domestically manufactured.During the process of domestication of the spare parts,leakage occurred soon after the operation of the mechanical seal of the pump.The leakage of the mechanical seal will not only bring hidden danger to the stable operation of the production unit,but also pollute the environment.In serious cases,it can even cause accidents with injuries and deaths.Therefore,during an overhaul,a detailed analysis on the disassembled mechanical seal and the site conditions was carried out to find out the causes of the leakage and the corresponding treatment measures were proposed.The above analysis and treatment measures can provide reference for the treatment of equipment with similar faults.
