摘  要:在视频监控网络不断建设完善的基础上,视频侦查技术在公安实战中得以应用和发展,逐步建立起独特的专业技术体系。但实践中,视频侦查存在技术部门定位不清,工作机制缺乏统一性和规范性,专业技术队伍建设不力,理论研究相对滞后等问题。如今,视频侦查技术的进一步发展,既需要解决前期发展中存在的问题,加强基础理论研究和专业人才培养,又需要在大数据和人工智能的背景下,继续拓展视频自动识别的应用领域,构建适应新型智能监控系统的视频数据体系,建立多源异构数据的多维融合应用规则,打造适合实战需要的合成作战模式。On the basis of the continuous construction and improvement of video surveillance network,video investigation technology has been applied and developed in public security work,and a unique professional technical system has been gradually established.However,in practice,there are some problems in video investigation,such as unclear assignment of responsibility for different technical departments,lack of unity and standardization in working mechanism,poor building of professional and technical teams,and relatively backward theoretical study.Nowadays,the further development of video investigation technology not only needs to solve the already-existing problems,strengthen the basic theoretical study and professional training,but also needs to continue to expand the application field of video automatic identification under the background of big data and artificial intelligence,build a video data system adapted to the new intelligent monitoring system,establish multi-dimensional application rules of multi-source heterogeneous data,and create a synthetic combat mode suitable for actual combat needs.
