现代中药法象理论研究(Ⅰ):论药象与药性的辩证关系及意义

摘　　要：从哲学理论的“一般与特殊”规律,分析探讨中药性能理论与中药法象理论的辩证关系。研究发现,药性理论与法象理论既密切相关又有明显区别,二者属于“一般与特殊”的辩证关系。其一,药性理论中包括中药法象的认识内容,但还有诸多特殊药象及其产生的特殊功能等法象认识是药性理论不能体现、也无法替代的。其二,中药性能作为“一般”理论,是抽象、深刻和更加体现本质的普遍性理论;中药法象作为“特殊”理论,则是直观、形象而反映丰富变化的具体性理论。因此,合理地运用“一般”与“特殊”的差异,使二者相互合参,对中药研究与应用的创新发展,具有重要的方法论和临床指导意义。From the perspective of the“general and particular”law of philosophical theory,the dialectical relationship between the theory of Chinese medicinal property and the theory of Chinese medicinal method state is analyzed and explored.Research has found that the theory of medicinal property and the theory of method state are closely related and distinct,and both belong to the dialectical relationship of“general and particular”.Firstly,the theory of medicinal property includes the understanding of Chinese medicinal method states,but there are still many special medicinal states and the understanding of method states such as the special functions they produce that cannot be reflected in the theory of medicinal properties or replaced by it.Secondly,as a“general”theory,Chinese medicinal property is abstract,profound,and universal,which better reflects the essence of the theory.As a“particular”theory,Chinese medicinal method state is a concrete theory that is intuitive,vivid,and reflects rich changes.Therefore,the rational use of the differences between“general”and“particular”,and the integration of both,has important methodological and clinical guiding significance for the innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine research and application.
