摘　　要：从阴阳的角度观察血管生成与阴阳自和之间的关系,以血管新生的生理机制为切入点,探讨血管新生的调控机制在不同血管相关性疾病中的作用,从动态视角解读血管新生与阴阳自和之间的关系。在生理情况下,血管新生与阴阳自和具有较高的相似性;在病理情况下,机体内阴阳未达到平衡状态,阴盛阳衰或阴虚阳亢均会导致内蓄成邪,血管生成情况与之相同,促血管新生与抑制血管新生作用的增强与减弱,均能影响机体内血管生成水平。From the perspective of yin and yang,we observe the relationship between angiogenesis and spontaneous harmonization of yin and yang.From the physiological mechanism of angiogenesis as a starting point,we explore the role of the regulation mechanism of angiogenesis in different vascular-related diseases,and interpret the relationship between angiogenesis and spontaneous harmonization of yin and yang from a dynamic perspective.Under physiological conditions,angiogenesis has a high similarity to spontaneous harmonization of yin and yang.Under pathological conditions,the balance between yin and yang in the body is not achieved,and either exuberant yin and declined yang or yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity can lead to accumulation of pathogens.The same applies to angiogenesis,as the enhancement or reduction of the effects of promoting and inhibiting angiogenesis can affect the level of angiogenesis in the body.
