从气机理论探讨食管癌与情志的关系

摘　　要：情志异常及食管癌的发生过程与气机的升降出入关系密切。从气机失调病机出发,分析情志与食管癌的关系,揭示“情志致膈”的病因病机,多与愤怒太过、忧思不开、心神不明有关。食管癌为有形实邪积聚,易阻滞气机运行,可引起情志异常,表现为肿瘤抑郁状态。基于疏调气机理论,探讨情志疗法在防治食管癌方面的应用,以调畅情志,疏理气机,缓解食管癌患者的抑郁状态。临证需在辨证论治的基础上,充分结合患者精神情志的改变,方可更好改善不良情绪。The occurrence of emotional disorders and esophageal cancer is closely related to the ascending,descending,exiting and entering of qi movement.Starting from the pathogenesis of disorder of qi movement,this paper analyzes the relationship between emotions and esophageal cancer.It reveals that the etiology and pathogenesis of“emotions causing dysphoria”are mostly related to excessive anger,over-anxiety,and restlessness of heart spirit.Esophageal cancer is due to the accumulation of tangible and excess pathogens,which can easily obstruct the circulation of qi and cause emotional disorders,manifested as the state of tumor depression.Based on the theory of regulating qi movement,this paper explores the application of emotional therapy in the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer,in order to soothe emotions,regulate qi movement,and alleviate the depression of esophageal cancer patients.Clinical treatment should be based on syndrome differentiations,and fully integrate the changes in the patient’s mental and emotional state in order to better improve their negative emotions.
