摘　　要：目的探讨局部注射聚桂醇治疗婴幼儿血管瘤(IH)的长期随访结果。方法收集2019年1月至2020年1月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院接受局部注射聚桂醇治疗的85例IH患儿的临床资料,所有患儿均使用1%聚桂醇注射液与空气按1:4混合后向瘤体内局部多点均匀注射,治疗结束后复查彩色多普勒超声,1年随访结束时根据Achauer评判标准进行疗效评价,所有患儿在最后一次注射后均接受1年以上随访,记录患儿的总有效率、治愈率及不良反应发生情况。结果85例患儿均接受局部注射聚桂醇治疗,平均(3.2±0.5)次。1年随访结束时,总有效率为90.6%(77/85),治愈率为54.1%(46/85)。4例患儿在治疗过程中发生散在坏死结痂,但均可自愈,所有患儿在随访期间均未见瘢痕萎缩或增生,均未发生溃疡。结论局部注射聚桂醇治疗IH安全有效,长期疗效肯定,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the long-term follow-up results of local injection of lauromacrogol alcohol in the treatment of infantile hemangioma(IH).Method Clinical data of 85 cases of IH treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020 were collected.All infants were treated with the mix of 1%polycinnamic alcohol injection with air at the ratio of 1:4 by local injection of multiple points evenly within the tumor body.After treatment,color Doppler ultrasound was reexamined,and the efficacy was evaluated according to Achauer's evaluation criteria at the end of one-year follow-up.All children were followed up for more than 1 year after the last injection.The total effective rate,cure rate and occurrence of adverse reactions of the children were recorded.Result All infants received local injection of polycinnamic alcohol(3.2±0.5)times on average.At the end of the one-year follow-up,the total effective rate was 90.6%(77/85)and the cure rate was 54.1%(46/85).Scattered necrosis and crusting occurred in 4 patients during treatment,but all of them healed spontaneously.No scar atrophy or hyperplasia was observed in all the children during follow-up,and no ulcers occurred.Conclusion Local injection of lauromacrogol alcohol is safe and effective in the treatment of IH,with positive long-term efficacy,it is worthy of clinical application.
