摘 要:为准确评估烂尾楼的整体可靠性,提出采用三角模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对高层烂尾楼工程进行安全评估,可全面考虑地基基础、上部承重结构、围护系统等因素对结构可靠性的影响,且三角模糊数的引入使专家决策具有更大的余度和容错性,从而有效减少判断的主观性。首先建立高层烂尾住宅楼的递阶层次结构模型,构造各层次元素的模糊判断矩阵,从而计算得到各构件的可靠性等级,根据模糊判断矩阵加权计算得到各层次元素的可靠性等级,最终得出结构的可靠性等级。采用所提出的方法,分析深圳某改造项目的可靠性等级,并建议随楼层数的增加,楼层权重系数的取值线性减小,以突出底层构件对整体结构的控制作用。To accurately evaluate the overall reliability of the unfinished building,the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)is proposed to evaluate the safety of the high-rise unfinished building project.The method proposed can fully consider the influence of such factors as the foundation,upper load-bearing structure,and enclosure system on structural reliability,etc.The introduction of triangular fuzzy numbers makes experts have greater margin and fault tolerance in decision-making,thus effectively reducing the subjectivity of judgment.Firstly,the hierarchical structure model of high-rise unfinished residential buildings is established,and the fuzzy judgment matrix of elements at all levels is constructed to calculate the reliability level of each component.According to the weighted calculation of the fuzzy judgment matrix,the reliability level of the elements at all levels is obtained,and finally,the reliability level of the structure is obtained.The proposed method is used to analyze the reliability level of the reconstruction project in Shenzhen,and it is suggested that the value of the floor weight coefficient decreases linearly with the increase in the number of floors to highlight the control effect of the underlying components on the overall structure.
