摘  要:在寒冷地区,建筑屋面长期处于外界阳光、雨、雪、冻融循环、干湿循环的复杂环境中,极易造成渗漏质量问题,降低建筑屋面保温效果及建筑耐久年限,严重时还会影响建筑的正常使用。基于内蒙古额济纳旗地区气候条件,结合寒冷地区平屋面防渗漏体系做法开展模型试验,研究试件的防渗漏性能和抗风揭性能,依据试验结果提出试件做法的优化建议。The building roofs in cold regions are subjected to long-term exposure to the complex environment,such as sunshine,rain,snow,freezing and thawing cycles,drying and wetting cycles.Therefore,roof leakage becomes a common quality problem,which significantly reduces the thermal insulation effect and the durability of building roofs and even affects the normal use of buildings in serious cases.Based on the climatic conditions of Ejina Banner in Inner Mongolia,combined with the practice of leakage prevention systems of flat roofs in cold regions,model tests were carried out to study the leakage prevention performance and wind uplift resistance of the specimens,and optimization suggestions for specimen design practices were proposed based on the test results.
