摘  要:结合华南理工大学广州国际校区一期工程中的预制梁钢企口连接节点应用,对钢企口节点的设计计算方法和关键构造问题进行系统研究。提出了钢企口连接的设计分析方法,并就具体工程节点进行受力验算及有限元分析。归纳以50kN递增的100~400kN的7个钢企口型号选用表,并将钢企口节点拓展应用至无支撑叠合梁板连接和整体预制沉箱连接中,其在设计、生产、施工安装均有优势。Based on the application of the prefabricated steel joint connection nodes in the first-phase project of the South China University of Technology Guangzhou International Campus,the design calculation method and key structural problems of the steel joints are systematically studied.The design analysis method of steel-to-enterprise connection is proposed,and the calculation and finite element analysis of specific engineering nodes are performed.This paper summarizes the selection tables of 7steel joint models with 100~400kN increments in 50kN increments,and expands the steel joint joints to the unsupported superimposed beam-slab connection and integral precast caisson connection.It has advantages in design,production,construction and installation.
