摘  要:目的:明确高剂量条件下苏云金芽孢杆菌发酵液中BT蛋白对哺乳动物的生物安全性。方法:健康小鼠随机分为4组,每组10只;实验组分别按0.2 mL/kg、0.6 mL/kg、1.0 mL/kg灌服Bt发酵上清液,每天一次,连续给药7天;空白对照组正常饲养,不灌胃。结果:实验组与对照组血常规、血液生化分析等检测数据差异不显著;灌胃后解剖小鼠,无明显可见的病理变化;取心、肝、脾、肺、肾做组织切片,通过显微镜观测仍未见病理变化。结论:小鼠能够耐受高剂量苏云金芽孢杆菌发酵液中的BT蛋白。Objective:In order to clarify the biological safety of BT protein in Bacillus thuringiensis fermentation broth for mammals at high doses.Methods:The experiment is designed as follows:Healthy mice are randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 mice in each group.The experimental group is administered Bacillus thuringiensis fermentation supernatant once a day at 0.2 mL/kg,0.6 mL/kg and 1.0 mL/kg for 7 days.The blank control group is fed normally and don't gavage.Results:The test results show that blood routine and blood biochemical analysis are not significantly different between the experimental group and the control group;After gastric gavage dissecting the mice,there are no obvious pathological changes;The heart,liver,spleen,lungs,and kidneys are taken as tissue sections,and no pathological changes are seen by microscopic observation.Conclusion:This shows that the mice are able to tolerate the BT protein in the fermentation broth of Bacillus thuringiensis at high doses.
