摘  要:本文研究了V/TiO_(2)、Mn/TiO_(2)以及不同比例的多种Mn-V/TiO_(2) NH_(3)-SCR催化剂脱硝、脱除二噁英的效果,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、程序升温还原(TPR)和比表面积测试(BET)进行材料表征。结果表明,锰系NH_(3)-SCR催化剂脱硝效果更好,钒系NH_(3)-SCR催化剂脱除二噁英效果更好,以钒作为催化助剂的Mn-V/TiO_(2)(3∶1)在250℃时脱硝和脱除二噁英的效果最好。In this experiment,the denitrification and removal of dioxins of V/TiO_2,Mn/TiO_(2) and various ratios of Mn-V/TiO_(2) NH_3-SCR catalysts are studied.The materials are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),programmed temperature reduction(TPR),and specific surface area testing(BET).The experimental results show that the addition of manganese to the vanadium-based NH_3-SCR has better denitrification effect.Manganese-based NH_3-SCR catalysts have better denitrification effect,vanadium-based NH_3-SCR catalysts have better effect on removing dioxin.Mn-V/TiO_2(3∶1) with vanadium as catalytic aid have the best effect of denitrification and removes dioxins at 250 ℃.
