摘　　要：目的:探讨御丰膏中葛根、人参、雪莲3种药用植物对女性皮肤抗衰老的作用机制。方法:利用TCMSP、UniProt数据库、GeneCards数据库及Cytoscape 3.9.1,过滤和收集葛根-人参-雪莲的活性成分和靶点以及与雌激素、内分泌和抗氧化相关靶点,并进行通路富集分析,建立可视化网络图。经AutoDock Tools 1.5.7软件将关键成分和核心靶点进行分子对接并可视化。结果:共获得有效成分33个,相关靶点100个;神经活性配体-受体相互作用等9个核心信号通路。分子对接结果显示,山奈酚、木犀草素、槲皮素与血管内皮生长因子(VEGFA)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)等核心靶点可以较好地结合。结论:通过网络药理学分析预测葛根-人参-雪莲抗皮肤衰老的作用机制,为探索药食同源方法延缓皮肤衰老提供参考。Objective:The anti-aging mechanism of Pueraria montana-Panax ginseng-Saussurea involucrata in Yu-Feng cream on female skin is studied.Methods:Using TCMSP,UniProt database,GeneCards database,and Cytoscape 3.9.1,filter and collect the active ingredients and targets of Pueraria montana-Panax ginseng-Saussurea involucrata,as well as targets related to estrogen,endocrine,and antioxidant activity,and conduct pathway enrichment analysis to establish a visual network diagram.Molecular docking and visualization of key components and core targets is using AutoDock Tools 1.5.7 software.Results:A total of 33 active ingredients and 100 related targets are obtained.There are 9 core signaling pathways involved in the interaction between neuroactive ligands and receptors.The molecular docking results show that kaempferol,luteolin,quercetin can bind well with core targets such as vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGFA) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF).Conclusion:By analyzing network pharmacology,the mechanism of the antiaging effect of Pueraria montana-Panax ginseng-Saussurea involucrata on the skin is predicted,providing reference for exploring the homologous methods of medicine and food to delay skin aging.
