摘 要:化工行业对管道材料的要求较高,应根据使用需要选用合适的材料,这也要求加强化工设计过程中管道材料的选择工作。本文对常用于化工活动中管道材料类别进行简述,在此基础上分析化工设计过程中管道材料的选择误区、选择原则,最后结合不同管道特点,分析其选择的具体方法,包括抗氧化管材的选用、耐低温材料的选用、耐高温管材的选用、浓硫酸和盐酸输送管材的选用及氧气输送管材的选用等,为未来的化工管理工作提供参考,改善工作质量和安全性。The chemical industry has high requirements for pipeline materials,and appropriate materials should be selected according to usage needs.This also requires strengthening the selection of pipeline materials in the chemical design process.This article provides a brief description of the types of pipeline materials commonly used in chemical activities.Based on this,it analyzes the selection errors and principles of pipeline materials in the chemical design process.Finally,combined with the characteristics of different pipelines,it analyzes the specific methods of selection,including the selection of antioxidant pipes,low-temperature resistant materials,high-temperature resistant pipes,and concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid transportation pipes and oxygen delivery pipes.This provides reference for future chemical management work,and improves work quality and safety.
