摘 要:基因工程制药是生物制药、制药工程等专业的核心课程,也是关乎未来新兴生物技术产业发展的关键学科。因此,如何提升该课程的教学质量、培养相关领域的专门人才已成为急需解决的问题。本文基于基因工程制药课程内容的特点和教学中存在的问题,以提高教学效果为主要目标,从特点优势、实施形式、教学评价与反思等角度介绍了以故事演绎为主导的教学法。此法能有效提升教学质量,对激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性,培养高尚的科学素养和道德情操具有积极的作用。Genetic engineering of pharmaceuticals is a core course of biological majors,such as biopharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical engineering,and it is also a critical subject referring to the development of emerging biotechnology industry.Therefore,how to improve the teaching quality of this course and cultivate special talents in related fields has become a pressing issue waiting to be solved.This article is based on the characteristics of the genetic engineering pharmaceutical course content and the existing problems in teaching,with the main goal of improving teaching effectiveness.It introduces a teaching method led by story deduction from the perspectives of characteristic advantages,implementation forms,teaching evaluation and reflection.This method can effectively improve teaching quality,and plays a positive role in stimulating students' interest and initiative of learning,as well as in cultivating noble scientific literacy and moral sentiment.
