摘  要:陀螺电动机用角接触轴连轴承组件中的驱动轴为台阶结构,由于台阶轴无法进行精研加工,不能作为加工基准以完成台阶轴上的沟道磨削加工。通过设置工艺辅助台阶实现台阶轴外径面的精研加工,可保证轴连轴承组件中台阶轴上的沟道磨削精度,而且实现了台阶轴沟道在滚棒超精机上的超精加工。采用该工艺加工的台阶轴大外径面、中间外径面、小外径面与沟道的同心度以及沟道的沟形、表面粗糙度Ra值及圆度均满足产品技术要求,证明了工艺的可行性。The shaft of angular contact ball bearing assembly integrated with shaft as inner ring for gyro motor has a stepped structure,and the stepped shaft cannot be used as a processing reference to complete grinding the raceway on stepped shaft because the stepped shaft cannot be subjected to finish grinding.By setting the process auxiliary step,the finish grinding of outer diameter surface of stepped shaft is realized,the grinding precision of raceway on stepped shaft can be ensured,and the superfinishing of raceway on stepped shaft is realized in roller superfinishing machine.The concentricity between large outer diameter surface,middle outer diameter surface,small outer diameter surface and raceway,as well as the raceway shape,surface roughness value Ra and roundness of stepped shaft meet the technical requirements of products,proving the feasibility of the process.
