摘 要:采用正交试验设计方法,运用数据处理软件,分析研究了滚动轴承用保持架材料多孔酚醛胶木管生产用原材料及固化工艺对材料孔性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:发泡体系和棉布的选用对多孔酚醛胶木管的性能影响最为显著;亚硝基类发泡体系生产产品的孔隙率和含油率均高于黄酰肼类发泡体系;高支纱棉布生产产品的径向拉伸强度相对较高,孔径偏低;轴向压缩强度随材料孔隙率的增大而降低。The effects of raw materials and curing process on porosity and mechanical properties of porous phenolic bakelite tubes for rolling bearing cages are analyzed by using orthogonal experimental design method and data processing software.The results show that the selection of foaming system and cotton cloth has the most significant effects on properties of the tubes;the porosity and oil content of products produced by nitroso foaming system are higher than those produced by xanthamide foaming system;the radial tensile strength of high count cotton fabric products is relatively high,and the pore size is relatively low;the axial compressive strength decreases with the increase of material porosity.
