摘　　要：通过对部分功能性化纤长丝纱进行络丝、加捻、络筒、汽蒸等技术加工,对经编花边机相关设备进行改造、添加部分专件,优化经编花边编织工艺,使强度相对较低、耐磨性较差的功能性长丝纱能在经编花边机上顺利编织,减少了纱线断头的发生。改进方法有利于促进经编花边机开发、生产功能性花边新品。A method involving technical processes of some functional synthetic filament yarns such as filament winding,twisting,spooling,steaming was studied.This method entailed the modification of relevant equipment on the warp knitted lace machine and the addition of specialized components.By optimizing the knitting process for warp knitted lace,the successful knitting of functionally synthetic filament yarns with relatively lower strength and poorer abrasion resistance on the warp knitted lace machine was improved,thereby reducing occurrences of yarn breakage.The improved method was conducive to promoting the development and production of novel functional lace products using warp knitted lace machines.
