祛风止痛胶囊联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨祛风止痛胶囊联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2022年1月-2022年12月天津中医药大学第二附属医院收治的80例类风湿性关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例)。对照组患者口服硫酸羟氯喹片,0.2 g/次,2次/d。在对照组的基础上,治疗组口服祛风止痛胶囊,6粒/次,2次/d。两组服药14周。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者症状改善时间,关节疼痛和生活质量评分,及红细胞沉降率(ESR)、血清类风湿因子(RF)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体水平。结果治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率(97.51%)明显高于对照组(80.03%,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组关节晨僵、肿胀、疼痛、活动受限缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者疼痛视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分明显降低,而生活质量评分量表(SF-36)评分明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组VAS和SF-36评分明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-6、ESR、RF、抗CCP抗体水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛风止痛胶囊联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗类风湿性关节炎效果确切,对关节晨僵肿胀等症状缓解有效,并能降低关节炎性反应,减弱类风湿关节疼痛状态,患者生活质量较好。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Qufeng Zhitong Capsules combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Patients(80 cases)with rheumatoid arthritis in Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into control(40 cases)and treatment(40 cases)group according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were po administered with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets,0.2 g/time,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qufeng Zhitong Capsules on the basis of the control group,6 grains/time,twice daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 14 weeks.After treatment,the clinical evaluation was evaluated,and the improvement time of symptom,the scores of oint pain and quality of life,and the levels of IL-6,ESR,RF,and anti-CCP antibody in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group(97.51%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.03%,P<0.05).After treatment,the relief time of morning stiffness,swelling,pain and movement restriction in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score was significantly decreased,while the SF-36 score was significantly increased in two groups(P<0.05),and the scores of VAS,and SF-36 in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,ESR,RF,and anti-CCP antibodies in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and which in the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qufeng Zhitong Capsules combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate is effective in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,can relieve symptoms such as morning stiffness and swelling,and can reduce joint inflammatory reaction and rheumatoid joint pain,and the quality of life of patients is better.
