摘　　要：针对现有金融客户管理信息分析系统存在的分析响应时间长、运行效率低等问题,引入数据挖掘技术,开展对金融客户管理信息分析系统设计研究。将系统划分为客户信息模块、产品信息模块和营销信息模块,设计系统框架结构;对系统中的数据库服务器、模数转换器芯片等硬件选型;为避免数据缺失以及存在噪声等问题,对金融客户管理信息预处理与转换;结合数据挖掘技术,实现对金融客户管理信息聚类分析。实验结果证明,设计系统的分析响应时间更短,可以保证系统运行效率满足金融客户管理信息分析需要,促进金融服务水平提升。In order to solve the problems of long response time and low efficiency in the existing financial customer management information analysis system,the data mining technology is introduced to carry out the design research of financial customer management information analysis system.The system is divided into customer information module,product information module and marketing information module,and design the system frame structure,select the hardware such as database server and analog-to-digital converter chip in the system,preprocessing and conversion of financial customer management information to avoid data loss and noise;realize the clustering analysis of financial customer management information combined with data mining technology.Experimental results show that the design system analysis response time is shorter,which can ensure the efficiency of the system to meet the needs of financial customer management information analysis,and promote the improvement of financial service level.
