关于加强公众聚集场所消防监督管理的思考

摘　　要：公众聚集场所的消防安全工作形势严峻,因为这些场所极易发生重大火灾事故,威胁群众的生命财产安全。为了提升公众聚集场所的消防监督管理水平,保障公共场所的消防安全,从公众聚集场所消防监督管理的重要性着手,对公众聚集场所消防监督管理工作中存在的具体问题进行分析,并提出加强消防安全宣传教育、增强消防安全责任主体意识、做好消防验收工作、加大消防监管力度等措施,以期有效消除公众聚集场所的消防隐患,提升安全等级。The fire safety situation in public gathering places is serious,because these places are prone to major fire accidents,threatening the safety of people's lives and property.In order to improve the level of fire supervision and management in public gathering places and ensure fire safety in public places,starting from the importance of fire supervision and management in public gathering places,the specific problems existing in fire supervision and management in public gathering places are analyzed.Relevant measures have been proposed,such as strengthening fire safety publicity and education,enhancing the awareness of the subject of fire safety responsibility,doing a good job in fire inspection,and increasing fire supervision.It is hoped to effectively eliminate fire hazards in public gathering places and improve the safety level.
