摘 要:在研究气动自然排烟窗搭载气动推杆的系统状态问题,尤其是在尝试使用计算流体力学方法时,气动推杆的工作规律尤为重要。因此,对给定三个类型气动推杆在一定供气及负载条件下的运动规律进行了实验探究,并给出从中得出经验公式的方法。同时,对一个实物气动系统工作状态下的气压变化进行了多组实验,以尝试从中比较供气消耗、运行时间等参数与不同系统变量之间的关系。When studying the system state of pneumatic natural smoke exhaust windows equipped with pneumatic push rods,especially when trying to use computational fluid dynamics methods,the working law of pneumatic push rods is particularly important.Therefore,the motion laws of three types of pneumatic push rods under certain air supply and load conditions are explored experimentally,and the method for deriving empirical formulas from them is given.At the same time,several sets of experiments are carried out on the air pressure change of a physical pneumatic system under working condition,in order to try to compare the relationship between parameters such as air supply consumption,running time and different system variables.
