对建设智能消防指挥中心的思考

摘　　要：改制转隶以来,“全灾种、大应急”职能任务拓展、交织叠加的致灾因素和复杂多变的救援场景,都对消防指挥中心的指挥调度理念、指挥调度方式、指挥调度体系等提出了迫切的革新要求。如何充分发挥大数据时代物联网、云计算、人工智能、区块链等技术优势,通过信息化、智能化手段提升消防指挥中心工作效能,成为摆在消防救援队伍面前的新课题。现在系统分析当前存在问题的基础上,探索建设智能消防指挥中心的路径方法。Since the restructuring of the transfer,"all kinds of disasters,big emergency"function task expansion,intertwined and superimposed disaster-causing factors and complex and changeable rescue scenarios,all of the fire command center command and control concept,command and control methods,command and control system and so on put forward an urgent innovation requirements.How to give full play to the Internet of Things in the era of big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,blockchain and other technological advantages,through information technology,intelligent means to enhance the effectiveness of the fire command center has become a new topic in front of the fire and rescue team.Now on the basis of systematic analysis of current problems,explore the path and method of building intelligent fire command center.
