关于消防救援队伍指挥中心如何在实战中充分发挥作用的几点思考

摘　　要：国家综合性消防救援队伍的指挥中心涉及各种数据处理、传播、决策支持等多方面工作,它在灭火救援作战中扮演着极为重要的角色。随着灭火救援工作越来越多样化和复杂化,作战指挥中心在实战中的作用愈发重要。但是部分基层支队、大队对指挥中心的建设和作用重视不足,依然停留在听电话、接警、记单子、下达出动命令的原始层面。基于此,研究基层消防救援队伍指挥中心作用发挥现状,对于如何充分发挥指挥中心在灭火救援实战中的作用提出几点建议,以供参考。The command center of the national comprehensive fire rescue team involves various aspects of data processing,dissemination,decision support and other aspects,which plays an extremely important role in firefighting and rescue operations.As firefighting and rescue work becomes more diverse and complex,the role of combat command centers in actual combat becomes more and more important.However,some grassroots detachments and brigades do not pay enough attention to the construction and role of command centers,and still remain at the primitive level of listening to telephones,answering police,taking orders,and issuing dispatch orders.Based on this,this paper studies the current situation of the role of the command center of the grassroots fire rescue team,and puts forward several suggestions on how to give full play to the role of the command center in the actual combat of firefighting and rescue for reference.
