摘　　要：当前,在国家电网公司的统一战略部署下,各网省电力公司均大力发展电力物联网相关技术产品,结合综合能源服务相关的业务,逐步实现电力物联架设蓝图。但是对于物联网卡的运营和管理,仍需不断完善物联网卡运营管控。物联网卡的使用情况复杂,存在通信成本浪费、资源无法二次分配、现有资源无法彻底利用等问题。该文提出通过开展物联网卡精细化运营平台开发工作,优化对各类物联网卡的运营模式,拓展运营新模式,深入挖掘新的利润增长点,并提升各分公司服务感知和服务满意度。At present,under the unified strategic deployment of the State Grid Corporation of China,all provincial power companies are making great efforts to develop the technical products related to the power Internet of Things,and gradually realize the blueprint of the power Internet of Things by combining the businesses related to comprehensive energy services.However,for the operation and management of the IoT network card,it is still necessary to constantly improve the operation control of the IoT network card.The use of the IoT network card is complex,and there are problems such as waste of communication costs,inability to re allocate resources,and inability to fully utilize existing resources.Through the development of the refined operation platform of IoT network cards,optimize the operation mode of all kinds of IoT network cards,expand the new operation mode,deeply explore new profit growth points,and improve the service perception and service satisfaction of each branch.
