摘 要:该文针对液流电池储能系统内存在的充放电效果不一致现象,分析了液流电池模块中各电池单体的充放电均衡模型,并探讨了采取均衡控制技术的必要性;通过描述电池单体及其由串并联方式组成的电池模块和电池组的结构形式,探讨了大型液流电池储能系统可能的均衡布置方案;通过对与液流电池储能系统对应的电池管理系统的综合分析,探讨了一种基于电池单体、电池模块和电池组的多层级均衡控制策略以及用于实现该策略的均衡控制架构基础。通过对一种基于串联式液流电池单体均衡控制构架的可实现商业方案,探讨了相关均衡控制技术的可实现性。兆瓦级液流电池储能系统需要根据储能规模规划合理的均衡结构布置,并通过合理的均衡控制技术来实现长效、安全地运行。Aiming at the inconsistency of charging and discharging effects in the flow battery energy storage system,this paper analyzes the charging and discharging balancing model of each battery cell in the flow battery module,discusses the necessity of using balancing control technology,discusses the possible balancing layout scheme for the large-scale flow battery energy storage system by describing the structural forms of battery cells,battery modules and battery packs composed of series and parallel connection,discusses a multi-level balancing control strategy based on battery cells,battery modules and battery packs,as well as the balancing control architecture basis used to realize this strategy by the comprehensive analysis of the battery management system corresponding to the flow battery energy storage system,and discusses the implementability of related balancing control technology by introducing an achievable commercial scheme of balancing control architecture based on the tandem-type flow battery cell.The megawatt-level flow battery energy storage system needs to plan a reasonable balancing structure layout according to the scale of energy storage,and achieve the long-term and safe operation through reasonable balancing control technology.
