摘 要:老旧小区是指城市、县城(城关镇)建成于2000年以前、公共设施落后影响居民基本生活、居民改造意愿强烈的住宅小区。老旧小区的建筑物使用期限基本上都是超过20年以上的,因为相应规范的调整更新,从而导致此类建筑物存在不符合现在设计标准、材料老化导致的强度不足、建筑物整体抗震性能较差、建筑物结构体系混乱、室内布局不合理、室外建筑密度大消防隐患大、设计及施工原始资料欠缺的问题,现阶段需要通过检测鉴定确定其安全性,但是因为工作量较大,从而也加大了加固设计施工的困难,但是因为建筑物结构安全关乎人民生命财产安全,因此对其进行结构加固也就成为当务之急。Old residential areas refer to residential districts built before 2000 in cities and counties(Country towns),where backward public facilities affect the basic life of residents,and residents have strong desires to transform.The service life of buildings in old residential areas is generally more than 20 years,and the adjustment and update of corresponding specifications lead to the problems of the inability to meet current design standards,insufficient strength caused by aging materials,poor overall seismic.performance of buildings,chaotic structural system of buildings,unreasonable indoor layout,high outdoor building density,large fire hazards and lack of original design and construction materials of such buildings.At this stage,it is necessary to determine their safety through testing and identification,but large workload increases the difficulty of the design and construction of reinforcement.However,the structural safety of buildings is related to people's lives and property safety,so the structural reinforcement of buildings has become a top priority.
