摘　　要：根据国家实施乡村振兴战略的重大决策部署和一系列政策文件,依托现代地理信息、大数据、物联网、云计算、移动互联网等新技术,该文以贵州省极贫乡镇示范乡董地乡为例,探索研究极贫乡镇数字乡村建设的总体框架和建设内容,集聚和整合小城镇各行各业资源,构建“数字乡村(董地苗族彝族乡)”平台,实现政府管理高效、社会治理科学、惠民服务便捷的目标,为贵州极贫乡镇数字乡村建设和发展提供参考。According to the major decision-making deployment and a series of policy documents of the national implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,relying on modern geographic information,big data,the Internet of Things,cloud computing,mobile Internet and other new technologies,this paper takes Dongdi Township,a demonstration township in extremely poor townships in Guizhou Province,as an example,explores and studies the overall framework and construction content of digital village construction in extremely poor townships,gathers and integrates resources from all walks of life in small towns,and builds a"digital village(Dongdi Miao Yi Township)"platform,so as to achieve the goals of efficient government management,scientific social governance and convenient services to benefit the people,and provide reference for the construction and development of digital villages in extremely poor townships in Guizhou.
