摘　　要：为探究驾驶员的驾驶熟练程度对鲜食玉米收获机作业性能的影响,对驾驶熟练程度进行4个阶段划分,构建了基于模糊综合评判驾驶熟练程度的评判体系。对现有驾驶员熟练程度评判后进行田间收获试验,结合果穗损伤率、含杂率及损失率,分析发现各个熟练程度中的驾驶员收获作业效果存在差异,熟练程度越高,收获作业后的果穗损伤率、含杂率及损失率越低。驾驶熟练程度提升,可有效降低收获果穗损伤率、含杂率及损失率,对鲜食玉米产业节粮减损具有重要意义。In order to explore the influence of driver’s driving proficiency on the operation performance of fresh corn harvester,four stages of driving proficiency are divided,and a evaluation system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of driving proficiency is constructed.After judging the proficiency of existing drivers,the field harvesting experiment was carried out,and combined with the damage rate,impurity rate and loss rate of fruit ears,it was found that there were differences in the harvesting effect of drivers in each proficiency level,and the higher the proficiency,the lower the damage rate,impurity rate and loss rate of fruit ears after harvesting operations.The improvement of driving proficiency can effectively reduce the damage rate,impurity rate and loss rate of harvested fruit ears,which is of great significance to the grain saving loss reduction of fresh corn industry.
