摘  要:为优化深松旋耕分层施肥机械设计,提高其作业效率和施肥均匀性,通过对传统机械结构的分析和改进,设计了一种新型深松旋耕分层施肥机械,并针对农艺要求提出机械改进方案。利用对机械进行强度和刚度分析,优化了机械结构参数。最后,进行了田间试验,验证了该机械的施肥均匀性和作业效率优于传统机械。研究结果表明,该新型深松旋耕分层施肥机械具有优秀的性能和稳定的工作状态,可为农业生产提供可靠的技术支持。In order to optimise the design of deep-pine rotary ploughing and layered fertiliser application machinery and improve its operational efficiency and fertiliser uniformity,a new deep-pine rotary ploughing and layered fertiliser application machinery was designed by analysing and improving the structure of the traditional machinery,and a mechanical improvement scheme was proposed to meet the agronomic requirements.The mechanical structure parameters were optimised using strength and stiffness analysis of the machinery.Finally,field tests were conducted to verify that the fertiliser uniformity and operational efficiency of the new machinery were better than those of the traditional machinery.The results show that the new deep-pine rotary tillage layered fertiliser application machinery has excellent performance and stable working condition,and can provide reliable technical support for agricultural production.
