摘　　要：通过对职业能力标准和实训评价体系相关理论进行研究,基于行业需求和职业能力要求,结合钳工技能实训的特点,以钳工技能操作能力、安全意识、问题解决能力、团队合作等多个评价要素,建立了基于职业能力标准的钳工技能实训评价体系。研究结果可以为钳工技能实训的教学和评价提供参考。Through the research on theories related to vocational ability standard and practical training evaluation system,based on the industry demand and vocational ability requirements,combined with the characteristics of practical training of clamping skills,the evaluation system of practical training of clamping skills based on vocational ability standard is established with multiple evaluation elements such as clamping skills operation ability,safety awareness,problem solving ability,teamwork and so on.The results of the study can provide reference for the teaching and evaluation of practical training of clamping skills.
