摘　　要：对当代西方民主治理的理论与实践进行研究有着重要的意义和作用。当代西方民主治理在主体、机制等方面形成复合结构。在主体层面,尽管社会中心论和国家中心论存在着很大的分歧,但都同意治理主体的多元性和复合化,当代西方民主治理越来越体现为多元主体复合的体系。在机制层面,传统的代表机制、新兴的协同机制和自治机制越来越倾向于良性互补,当代西方民主治理也越来越体现为多元机制复合的体系。The study of the theory and practice of contemporaryy Western democratic governance holds significant importance.In this paper,we explore the current situation and trends of contemporary Western democratic governance in terms of subjects,mechanisms,and objects in general.We find that contemporary Western democratic governance forms a compound structure in terms of subjects,mechanisms.At the subject level,although there are significant differences between sociocentrism and statecentrism,both agree on the plurality and compounding of governance subjects,and contemporary Western democratic governance is increasingly reflected as a system of compounding multiple subjects.At the mechanism level,the traditional representative mechanism,the emerging synergistic mechanism and the autonomous mechanism tend to complement each other benignly more and more,and contemporary Western democratic governance is also increasingly embodied as a system of composite pluralistic mechanisms.
