自拟壮医经验方结合冷冻疗法治疗跖疣30例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医经验方结合冷冻疗法治疗跖疣的临床疗效。方法:临床选取60例跖疣患者随机分成两组。对照组单独采用冷冻治疗;观察组采用壮医经验方结合冷冻疗法治疗。比较两组治疗前后的皮损面积、生活质量评分,同时对比两组复发率。结果:治疗后两组症状评分、生活质量指数均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后对照组复发率明显高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:壮医经验方结合冷冻疗法治疗跖疣疗效确切,并具有复发率更低的优点。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combining the self-proposedempirical formula of Zhuang medicine with cryotherapy in the treatment of plantar warts.Methods 60 patients with plantar warts were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with cryotherapy alone;the observation group was treated with the combination of self-proposed empirical formula of Zhuang medicine and cryotherapy.The two groups were scored according to the area of skin lesions and quality of life before and after treatment,and the recurrence rates of the two groups were also compared.Results Symptom scores and quality of life indices of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);recurrence rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group after treatment(P<0.05);and total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of plantar warts by combining self-proposed empirical formula of Zhuang medicine with cryotherapy is effective and has the advantage of lower recurrence rate.
