摘  要:目的探讨基于卓越医生教育培养计划2.0背景下“以器官系统为中心”的医学课程(organ-systems-based curriculum,OSBC)干预模式在外科基础课程中的应用效果。方法选择2020年6月—2021年6月佳木斯大学外科基础课程轮转的实习生86名为对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43名。对照组采用以“学科为中心”的传统教学方法,观察组联合基于卓越医生教育培养计划2.0背景下OSBC干预模式,两组均完成4个月教学,比较两组教学成绩、自主学习能力、教学质量及实习生对教学满意度。结果观察组教学4个月后理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、平时成绩及教学总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学4个月后自我管理、热爱学习及自我控制评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学4个月后服务意识、学习态度、人际沟通能力、知识应用及动手能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在是否有助于提升临床应变能力、自我学习能力是否提高、理论知识是否能与临床紧密结合三方面满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于卓越医生教育培养计划2.0背景下OSBC干预模式用于外科基础课程中,能提高学生成绩及自主学习能力,有助于提升教学质量,获得较高的教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of"organ-systems-based curriculum"(OSBC)intervention model in basic surgical curriculum under the background of Education and Training Plan for Excellent Doctors 2.0.Methods A total of 86 practical students from June 2020 to June 2021 in the rotation of basic surgery courses were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,43 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method of"subject centered",and the observation group combined with the OSBC intervention mode based on the background of the Education and Training Plan for Excellent Doctors 2.0.Both groups completed four months of teaching,and compared the teaching results,autonomous learning ability,teaching quality and interns'satisfaction with teaching.Results The theoretical assessment scores,operational assessment results,usual results and total teaching scores of the observation group after 4 months of teaching were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-management,love of learning and self-control in the observation group after 4 months of teaching were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of service awareness,learning attitude,interpersonal communication ability,knowledge application and hands-on ability of the observation group after 4 months of teaching were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly more satisfied with whether it helped to improve clinical adaptability,whether self-learning ability was improved,and whether theoretical knowledge could be closely integrated with clinical practice,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the background of Education and Training Plan for Excellent Doctors 2.0,the OSBC intervention mode can improve the students'performance and autonomou
