超早期缺血性脑卒中诊治教学案例库的建立

摘　　要：神经病学不仅涉及多学科及专业理论知识,尤其强调临床实践。脑血管病,尤其缺血性脑卒中是神经内科最常见的疾病,更是神经病学教学大纲中的重点和难点。以缺血性脑卒中为代表疾病谱的规范科学管理及处置,契合当前医疗模式的转变,符合循证医学及精准医学的发展理念,体现了医学院校、附属医院教职员工、学生培养思路,学科专业的发展思路,人才质量的定位,有利于医教研顶层设计的支撑。案例教学法是教学模式改革创新的重要环节之一,案例库是案例教学的必要条件,它完善了理论和实践的结合,增强住培医师主观能动性,完善了临床思维,提高独立思考及解决实际问题的能力,提高住培培养质量。文章以超早期急性缺血性脑卒中为例,探讨了建立其诊治教学案例库的可行性。Neurology covers multidisciplinary and professional theoretical knowledge,but also emphasizes clinical practice.Cerebrovascular disease,especially ischemic stroke,is the most common disease in neurology,and it is also the focal and difficult point in neurology syllabus.Scientific assessments,standardize management of ischemic stroke,as a representative of cerebrovascular disease spectrums,supports the transformation of the current medical model,the development concept of evidence-based medicine and precision medicine.It reflects the training ideas of medical colleges,teaching staff and affiliated hospitals students,the integrated development of disciplines and specialties and the positioning of talent cultivation target,the top-level design of clinical,teaching and research.Case teaching method is one of the important choices in the reform and innovation of teaching mode.Case library is a necessary condition for case teaching,strengthens the subjective initiative of the trained physicians,improves the autonomy and initiative of postgraduates'learning,exercises clinical thinking,the subjective initiative of doctors in regular training,improves clinical thinking,improves the ability to independent thinking and clinical problem-solving,and improves the quality of regular training.This paper discusses the feasibility of the construction of the case library for diagnosis and treatment of super early acute ischemic stroke.
