摘 要:在全民创业的大环境下,为提高中医药知识产权保护水平,采用定量分析的方法,以某中医药大学在校本科生为研究对象,使用结合现有研究基础、专家指导意见和预调查情况设计的中医药知识产权认知情况问卷进行调查,采用SPSS相关性分析进行统计学分析,并对有代表性的个体进行访谈,以此分析当前高等中医药院校知识产权教育现状。通过调查显示,高等中医药院校本科生对所在院校知识产权教育形式及内容了解不足,超过50%的受访者不知道或不确定学校是否开展知识产权相关教育,其知识产权保护意识也不容乐观。因此高等中医药院校的知识产权教育需要进一步改革,在加强教育主体主动性和教育内容多元性的同时,注重知识产权保护宣传工作,潜移默化增强学生的知识产权保护意识,最终实现改善中医药知识产权保护现状的目的。In the context of nationwide entrepreneurship,to improve protection of intellectual property(IP)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this study analyzes the current situation of IP education in TCM colleges and universities.Undergraduate students in a TCM university were chosen to be the research subjects.A survey of the students was conducted with a questionnaire on their cognition of TCM IP,which was designed based on literature review,expert opinions and a preliminary survey.Quantitative correlation analysis was then made using SPSS,and some typical subjects were interviewed.The results of the analysis showed that undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities are unfamiliar with the form and content of IP education in their universities.More than 50%respondents do not know or are not sure whether their universities offer such education.In addition,their awareness of IP protection is not strong.As a result,relevant education in TCM colleges and universities should be further reformed.In addition to motivating the students to learn and diversifying educational contents,emphasis should be placed on giving publicity to IP protection,increasing students′awareness in a subtle way,and eventually improving TCM IP protection.
