摘　　要：目的调查长沙市低龄老年人参与时间银行互助养老的意愿及影响因素,为长沙市低龄老年人参与时间银行互助养老模式发展提出可行性建议。方法采用匿名问卷调查法,自设问卷,调查长沙市254名60~69岁低龄老年人的参与意愿。结果90.91%的低龄老年人比较愿意或非常愿意参加时间银行互助养老。χ^(2)检验结果显示:社交需求、子女参与生活程度、社区信任度、社区能力等8个指标具有统计学意义。Logistic回归分析显示:家庭因素和社会因素是影响低龄老年人参与时间银行的重要因素。结论长沙市低龄老年人参与时间银行互助养老的意愿较高,其中社区影响因素最为重要,最倾向参与的互助养老地区是在社区范围内,最希望的创办主体是政府。社区要加强宣传力度,扮演服务主体角色,政府要承担兜底保障角色。Objective To investigate the willingness and influencing factors of the younger elderly in Changsha to participate in the time bank mutual support for the elderly,and to put forward feasible suggestions for the development of the mode of the younger elderly in Changsha.Methods An anonymous questionnaire was used to investigate the participation willingness of 254 younger elderly aged 60~69 years old in Changsha.Results Among them,90.91%of them are willing or very willing to participate in the time bank mutual support for the aged.Theχ^(2)test showed that eight indexes,including social needs,children's participation in life,community trust,and community ability were statistically significant.Logistic regression analysis showed that family factors and social factors were important factors affecting the time bank of younger elderly participation.Conclusion The younger elderly in Changsha city have a higher willingness to participate in time banking mutual support for the aged,and the community is the most important factor.The area where people are most inclined to participate in mutual aid for the aged is in the community,and the mast desired founder is the government.The community should strengthen publicity,play the main role of service,and the government should assume the role of backstop guarantee.
