穴位注射疗法在膝关节骨性关节炎临床应用中的研究进展

摘　　要：膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)属于中医痹症、膝痹范畴,通常由于外感风寒湿邪和机体肝肾不足引起,以膝部疼痛,伴沉重、酸软、肿胀、屈伸不利等为主要表现,以关节软骨退行性变和继发性骨质增生为特征,严重者甚至引起关节畸形,现已成为严重危害中老年人健康、降低其生活质量的常见病和多发病。穴位注射疗法结合了针刺的机械刺激、药物对人体的功效、穴位的特异性和传导性等治疗效果,具有疏通经络、调和气血、扶正祛邪的作用,因其操作方便、疗效突出、费用低、易于接受等优势,在膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗中应用广泛。本文就膝关节骨性关节炎概述、穴位注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎机制及穴位注射疗法应用于膝关节骨性关节炎现状予以阐述,以期为临床进一步的研究提供思路和方向。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)belongs to the categories of arthralgia and knee arthralgia in traditional Chinese medicine.It is usually caused by exogenous wind,cold and dampness and deficiency of liver and kidney in the body.It is mainly manifested by knee pain,accompanied by heavy,sour,swollen and unfavorable flexion and extension,and characterized by degenerative degeneration of articular cartilage and secondary bone growth.Severe cases even cause joint deformity,which has become a common and frequency-occurring disease that seriously harms the health of middle-aged and elderly people and reduces their quality of life.Acupoint injection therapy combines the mechanical stimulation of acupuncture,the efficacy of drugs on the human body,the specificity and conductivity of acupoints and other therapeutic effects,with the role of clearing meridians,harmonizing qi and blood,fuxing and dispelling evil,because of its convenient operation,outstanding curative effect,low cost,easy to accept and other advantages,it is widely used in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.This article reviews the overview of knee osteoarthritis,the mechanism of acupoint injection for knee osteoarthritis and the application of acupoint injection therapy in knee osteoarthritis,in order to provide ideas and directions for further clinical research.
