摘  要:目的探讨骨松宝颗粒联合依降钙素对骨质疏松症患者骨转换因子及骨密度(BMD)的调节作用。方法选取2018年10月至2021年10月收治的80例骨质疏松症患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予以依降钙素治疗,观察组在此基础上联合骨松宝颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的骨钙素(BGP)水平及BMD高于对照组,I型胶原蛋白C末端交联肽(CTX-1)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平低于对照组,降钙素(CT)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的1,25-二羟维生素D_(3)[1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)]、胰岛素样因子水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨松宝颗粒联合依降钙素治疗骨质疏松症的效果显著,可改善骨转换因子和BMD,有效调节骨代谢,上调1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)、胰岛素样因子水平,值得推广。Objective To investigate the regulatory effects of Gusongbao granules combined with elcatonin on bone turnover factor and bone mineral density(BMD)in patients with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with osteoporosis admitted from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with elcatonin,and the observation group was treated with Gusongbao granules on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the osteocalcin(BGP)level and BMD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the type I collagen protein C-terminal crosslinking peptide(CTX-1)level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRACP)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the calcitonin(CT)level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D_(3)[1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)]and insulin-like factor levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Gusongbao granules combined with elcatonin has a significant therapeutic effect on osteoporosis,it can improve bone turnover factor and BMD,effectively regulate bone metabolism,and upregulate the levels of 1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3) and insulin-like factor,which is worth promoting.
