标准流程管理在医疗器械消毒灭菌工作中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析标准流程管理在医疗器械消毒灭菌工作中的应用效果。方法将我院2019年4月至2020年4月在职的36名消毒供应中心工作人员与500件医疗器械纳入对照组,将我院2020年5月至2021年4月在职的36名消毒供应中心工作人员与500件医疗器械纳入研究组。对照组开展常规流程管理,研究组开展标准流程管理。比较两组的管理效果。结果研究组的医疗器械回收、清洗、包装以及消毒灭菌合格率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的医疗器械消毒效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的包装质量、器械拆装质量、清洗流程以及清洗质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的医疗器械的交接能力、识别风险能力、风险防范能力以及管理服务意识评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准流程管理用于消毒供应中心的效果显著,有利于提高医疗器械消毒灭菌工作的合格率。Objective To analyze the application effect of standard process management in disinfection and sterilization work of medical devices.Methods A total of 36 disinfection supply center staff and 500 medical devices in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were included in the control group,and 36 disinfection supply center staff and 500 medical devices in our hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were included in the study group.The control group carried out routine process management,and the study group carried out standard process management.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rates of recycling,cleaning,packaging,disinfection and sterilization of medical device in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disinfection effect of medical devices in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of packaging quality,equipment disassembly quality,cleaning process and cleaning quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of medical device handover ability,risk identification ability,risk prevention ability and management service consciousness in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standard process management has a significant effect on the disinfection supply center,which is conducive to improving the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization work of medical devices.
