摘  要:目的总结去骨瓣减压术后采用聚醚醚酮(polyetheretherketone,PEEK)进行颅骨修补术的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析自2016年6月至2022年6月,河北省中医院神经外科收治的16例去骨瓣减压术后采用PEEK行颅骨修补患者的临床资料。对患者的一般性特征、并发症和术后疗效进行总结分析。结果16例患者中,皮下积液1例,皮瓣坏死移植PEEK材料外露1例,皮瓣萎缩1例,其余均愈合良好。满意15例,因皮瓣坏死移植PEEK材料外露不满意1例。结论PEEK用于颅骨修补术有一定的并发症发生率,但这些并发症可防范,术后骨窗缘对脑组织的还纳复位表现优良,术后外观满意度较高。Objective To reviewthe clinical effect of polyetheretherketone(PEEK)in 16 patients after decompressive craniectomy,and to provide empirical guidance for the application of PEEK in patients after decompressive craniectomy.Methods The clinical data of 16 patients who underwent cranioplasty with PEEK after decompressive craniectomy at Department of Neurosurgery,Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The general characteristics,complications and postoperative efficacy of the patients were summarized and analyzed.Results Among 16 cases of skull defect repaired with PEEK material,1 case had subcutaneous effusion,1 case had necrosis of skin flap and 1 case had atrophy of skin flap.Fifteen cases were satisfied and 1 case was not satisfied.Conclusion PEEK has a certain complication rate in cranioplasty,and these complications can be prevented.After operation,the bone window margin of brain tissue showed excellent reduction of brain tissue,and the postoperative appearance satisfaction is high.
