摘　　要：目的:研究高血压病中医舌象研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为高血压病相关研究提供思路。方法:以中国知网数据库为文献来源,以“高血压“”中医“”舌象”为主题词进行检索,时间设置为从建库至2020年9月。将检索到的数据导入Citespace 5.7.R1软件,对相关文献作者、发文机构、关键词进行可视化分析,以更直观的形式展现该领域当前研究热点、前沿及发展趋势。结果:本研究共纳入89篇文献;发文量总体呈下降趋势,提示研究热度有所降低;高血压中医舌象研究共形成了5个研究团队;研究机构存在明显地域差异,可能与南北方高血压患病率不同有关;目前研究热点主要集中在聚类分析、流行病学研究、中医辨证等方面;关注较多的相关疾病为糖尿病、肝硬化等;研究趋势为舌象客观化研究与中医辨证相结合。结论:本研究以更直观的形式展现了高血压中医舌象研究领域研究现状,并预测了该研究领域的发展趋势,可为高血压临床研究提供参考和思路。Objective:To provide the ideas for the studies on hypertension by studying the research status,hot spots and development trend of tongue manifestations of hypertension in TCM.Methods:CNKI database was used as the literature source,"hypertension""TCM""tongue manifestations"were chosen as the keywords to conduct the search,time setting between the time to build the database and September,2020.The data retrieved was imported into CiteSpace 5.7.R1 software to conduct visual analysis on relevant literature authors,publishing institutions and keywords,so as to show the current research hot spots,development trends and front edge in this field in a more intuitive form.Results:All 89 papers were included in this study;the number of published articles generally showed a downward trend,indicating the research intensity decreased;five research teams have been formed about the study on tongue manifestations of hypertension in TCM;research institutions showed the noticeable regional differences,which might be related to the different prevalence of hypertension in the north and the south;currently,the research hot spots mainly focused on cluster analysis,epidemiological studies,TCM syndrome differentiation;the related diseases with high concern were diabetes mellitus and liver cirrhosis;the research trend was the combination of objective study on tongue image and TCM syndrome differentiation.Conclusion:The study has displayed the current research status of tongue image of hypertension in TCM in a more intuitive form,and predicted the developmental trend in the field,which could provide the reference and ideas for the future clinical study of hypertension.
