蜂针治疗类风湿关节炎的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:分析蜂针治疗类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)动物实验研究的文献特征以及研究现状。方法:检索CNKI、万方、维普、SinoMed、PubMed数据库中2000年1月1日至2020年11月2日文献,采用文献计量学方法分析文献特征及文献内容。结果:共检索出48篇有效文献,2000—2003年、2016—2019年发文量最多,其中31篇文献研究有基金资助;国内发文量最多的单位为广州中医药大学(8篇)和南方医科大学(6篇),国外发文最多为韩国(10篇);蜂针治疗RA动物研究主要选用SD大鼠占41.67%(20/48),雄性占75.00%(36/48)的佐剂性关节炎模型;选用经脉频次最高的为足阳明胃经,占50.00%(24/48),足三里穴为使用频率最高腧穴占50.00%(24/48);活蜂针刺法使用蜂量≤3只蜂/次,疗程不超过21次;蜂毒治疗剂量不统一,最长疗程低于40次;客观评估指标为关节肿胀度,实验室检查以白细胞介素家族成员研究最广泛。结论:蜂针治疗RA具有优势,具体剂量及疗程尚无统一标准,需要进一步规范研究方案,为后续研究提供标准化方案。Objective:To analyze the literature characteristics and research status of animal experimental research on bee needles in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:The literature were searched from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed and PubMed between January 1st,2000 and November 2nd,2020,bibiometric method was used to analyze the literature characteristics and contents.Results:Altogether 48 valid papers were retrieved,and the number of the papers published between 2000 and 2003,between 2016 and 2019 were the most,among them,31 literature researches were funded;the units with the most articles issued in China were Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine(eight articles)and Southern Medical University(six articles),the country with the most articles issued abroad was Korea(ten articles);animal experimental researches on bee needles in the treatment of RA mainly chose SD 41.67%(20/48)male 75.00%(36/48)rat models with adjuvant arthritis;the meridian with the highest frequency was stomach meridian of foot-Yangming 50.00%(24/48),Zusanli(ST36)was the acupoint with the highest frequency 50.00%(24/48);the method of live bee needling was no more than three bees each time,and the courses of the treatment was no more than 21 times;the dose of bee venom therapy was no uniform,and the longest course of treatment is less than 40 times;objective evaluation index was joint swelling degree,the interleukin family members of lab examination were studied most extensively.Conclusion:Bee needle therapy for RA has significant advantages in the treatment of RA,while there is no unified standard for the specific dose and course of the treatment,and it's imperative to further standardize the research plan,so as to provide a standardized plan for the subsequent studies.
