摘　　要：就卵巢动脉血流状态的评价及中医干预措施的研究进展进行综述,指出卵巢功能的评估是生殖医学的热点问题之一,卵巢动脉血流动力学变化是反映卵巢功能状态的重要指标,中医药及针灸在改善卵巢动脉血流状态方面临床疗效显著。然而关于卵巢动脉血流状态评估临床意义的研究多为育龄期女性的一般临床观察,缺乏队列研究、双盲对照研究及大样本数据分析,同时也缺乏按照年龄的分层研究,比如青春期或围绝经期女性卵巢动脉血流状态评价的意义尚无可靠证据支撑,以及卵巢动脉血流状态能否预测妊娠结局呈现出两种对立观点,亟待进一步研究,并为中西医结合改善卵巢动脉血流动力学状态,提高临床妊娠率的研究提供借鉴。The evaluation of ovarian function is one of the hot issues in the field of reproductive medicine,and hemodynamic changes of ovarian artery is an important index of reflecting the state of ovarian function by reviewing the evaluation of ovarian arterial blood flow and research progress of TCM intervention,and the literature shows that Chinese medicine and acupuncture have remarkable clinical efficacy in improving blood flow status of ovarian arteries.However,most of the studies on the clinical significance of assessing ovarian arterial flow status are general clinical observation of women of reproductive age,lack of Cohort studies,double-blind controlled studies and large sample data analysis,lack of age-stratified studies,the significance of evaluating ovarian arterial flow status in adolescent or perimenopausal women is not supported by reliable evidence and the ability of ovarian arterial flow status to predict pregnancy outcome presents two opposing views that require further study,with a view to provide the reference for the improvements of hemodynamic changes of ovarian arteries with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the studies on raising clinical pregnancy rate.
