摘  要:目的:比较氨甲环酸和氨基己酸在全膝关节置换术中止血方面的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月在乐陵市中医院住院的全膝关节置换术患者72例,随机分为A组(34例)和B组(38例)。A组使用氨甲环酸进行术中止血,B组使用氨基己酸进行术中止血,对比两组的主要指标(围术期总失血量、显性失血量、隐性失血量、输血率、输血量)和次要指标(术后住院时间以及术后并发症)。结果:A组的总失血量、隐性失血量、输血率、输血量均低于B组,显性失血量高于B组(P<0.05);A组的术后并发症发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:在全膝关节置换术止血中,相较于氨基己酸,氨甲环酸可取得更好的止血效果,且有利于术后并发症的控制,值得推广应用。Objective:To compare the hemostatic effects of tranexamic acid and aminocaproic acid in total knee arthroplasty.Methods:A total of 72 total knee arthroplasty patients hospitalized in Leling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into group A(34 cases)and group B(38 cases).Group A was treated with tranexamic acid for intraoperative hemostasis,group B was treated with aminocaproic acid for intraoperative hemostasis.The main indexes(perioperative total blood loss,overt blood loss,recessive blood loss,blood transfusion rate,blood transfusion volume)and secondary indexes(postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications)of the two groups were compared.Results:The total blood loss,recessive blood loss,blood transfusion rate and blood transfusion volume in group A were lower than those in group B,and the dominant blood loss was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with aminohexaproic acid,tranexamic acid can achieve better hemostatic effect in total knee replacement,and is conducive to the control of postoperative complications,so it is worth promoting and applying.
