氯法齐明致阴道瘙痒3例的报道并文献复习

摘　　要：我国结核病已进入耐药结核阶段,同时,非结核分枝杆菌肺病(NTM)的发病率也呈逐渐上升的趋势。氯法齐明无论是作为抗耐多药结核的B组药物,还是作为抗NTM的药物,在临床治疗中均起着非常重要的作用。然而,氯法齐明的副作用,如皮肤红染、皮肤瘙痒、鱼鳞病等往往给病人带来许多困扰。本文介绍了3例在广州市胸科医院治疗的女性患者,其均在服用氯法齐明后出现阴道瘙痒。通过对这3例病人诊治过程的分析,介绍了阴道瘙痒的有关知识和氯法齐明引起药物不良反应的机制,从而为临床工作中使用氯法齐明提供了经验。Tuberculosis in our country has entered the drug-resistant tuberculosis stage.At the same time,the incidence of nontuberculous Mycobacterium lung disease(NTM)is also rising.Clofazimine plays a very important role in clinical treatment both as a group B drug against MDR-TB and as an anti-NTM drug.However,the side effects of clofazimine,such as skin redness,skin itching,ichthyosis,often cause many problems for patients.Three female patients treated in Guangzhou Chest Hospital developed vaginal pruritus after taking clofazimine.Through the analysis of the treatment process of these 3 patients,the knowledge of vaginal itching and the mechanism of adverse drug reactions caused by clofazimine were introduced,which provided experience for the use of clofazimine in clinical work.
